Linked In

Who uses this? I'm on it but to be honest I don't really use it. Who can advise how to make Linked In work for you? How do I derive value from it. Dunno if there is an easier way to provide a URL to yourself on Linked In but this is mine hopefully....

    I use it a great deal - I am in contact with a number of Retail, IT and Finance Directors along with some great recruitment contacts. It's a quick way to get personal references if you're looking for jobs or indeed looking for people to recruit. Still - each to their own eh?
