The Great North Run is nearly here

You may recall my blog posting from back in June where I tried to encourage you, the good people of the Internet, to sponsor me for the Great North Run. Anyway in just over 3 weeks I'll be lining up on the starting line with 50,000 fellow runners but I need more sponsorship to reach my target. Please help. Any amount would be great.
